Jim Thompson, Netgate CTO, presented “Data Planes & Data Plane Acceleration: linux-cp — a Linux control plane integration for FD.io VPP” at LF Networking’s ONE Summit in Seattle, Washington. The ONE Summit was a two-day conference that happened November 15 - 16, filled with in-depth presentations and interactive conversations surrounding Access, Edge, and Cloud open-source technology developments

pfSense CE 2.7.0 and pfSense Plus 23.01 Development Snapshots Now Available
Big changes are occurring under the hood of pfSense software and we need your help! pfSense software is moving to the most modern version of FreeBSD: FreeBSD main. We're also moving to PHP 8.1, which is fairly different from the version we're currently shipping.

Netgate 7100 1U End of Sale
You might have seen an email or our blog, but it’s time to say goodbye to the Netgate 7100 1U Security Gateway. We’re in “last time buy” mode and expect they will be sold out by the end of November. The Netgate 7100 1U has been a great product, and we have a new appliance coming out soon to replace it. Stay tuned for more information!
We still have a few of the Netgate 7100 1U’s left, so order soon if you need one. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Note that we will retain a stock of these systems for warranty repairs and emergency purposes.
