Customers who purchased a Netgate® Security Gateway with ARM64-based processors (Netgate 1100, 2100, or 2100 MAX) with pfSense® Plus software version 21.02-p1 or older may need to follow a different update process for the newest release. Bill Rathbone published a blog post with more detail.

TAC Lite can be used for help with pfSense Plus software updates and Zero-to-Ping. Zero-to-Ping can be used to get your Netgate appliance with pfSense Plus software, AWS, or Azure firewall connected to the Internet and one client on the same network online.
In addition to TAC Lite, TAC Professional and TAC Enterprise levels are available for faster response times and a much wider variety of assistance topics. Regardless of support level, TAC is here 24/7 to help.

Jason has been with Netgate for almost 7 years now. He started out as a temp and worked his way up to handing our RMAs and performing some of our software testing. He is currently the supervisor for the manufacturing and shipping departments, but helps out wherever and whenever needed.
When he’s not working, he enjoys camping, hiking, rafting, and kayaking among the many State Parks in the area with his wife and children.
